ENGAGE.EU
is an alliance of leading European universities in business, economics and social sciences. Its is to provide European citizens with the skills and competences needed to face current and future societal challenges such as digitalisation, artificial intelligence, climate change, ageing societies and migration.
AN ALLIANCE OF EUROPEAN UNIVERSITIES
Ramon Llull University began its participation in the alliance on 26 May 2022 by signing an agreement with the project consortium. This agreement was formalised at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Sofia (Bulgaria) in the presence of the European Commissioner Mariya Gabriel.
During the following months and until the end of 2022, URL actively participated in the definition of the proposal for the extension of the partnership, which was submitted to the European Commission's European Universities Initiatives call for proposals in January 2023. Finally, in July 2023, URL officially joined the Alliance, becoming a full member.
Currently, the following universities are part of the alliance: Universit盲t Mannheim (Germany), Luiss Libera Universit脿 Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli (Rome, Italy); Norwegian School of Economics, Bergen (Norway); Tilburg University (Netherlands); University of National and World Economy, Sofia (Bulgaria); 鲍苍颈惫别谤蝉颈迟茅 de Toulouse 1 Capitole (France); WU Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria); Hanken School of Economics (Finland); University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and 海角社区(Barcelona).
ASSOCIATE PARTNERS
As the transfer of knowledge and the response to the needs of society are two of the fundamental axes of the project, seeks collaboration with external stakeholders. These are the Associate Partners: relevant actors in the territories of the member universities with whom a close collaboration is established to jointly develop sustainable approaches for the prosperity of the societies of the alliance's territory and of Europe as a whole.

TRAINING
ooffers training so that students (bachelor, master, PhD...), PDI (teaching and research staff) and PTGAS (technical management, administration and services staff) of the member universities can expand their training, deepen their knowledge in the subjects that interest them and learn from international experts.
