What is GSM?

GSM is a one-year certificate programme that brings together a diverse community of students from across Europe and beyond. It offers a seamless and immersive learning experience through bootcamps, team-building workshops, simulations, and project labs. By combining the strengths of top European universities, GSM equips students with the skills and mindset needed to navigate complex global challenges.

The programme, which can be integrated into or done in addition to your Master’s degree programme, offers the unique opportunity to join a cohort of international students in a first-class learning experience with seamlessly coordinated components and receive an additional qualifying certificate.

Engage in societal change!

Structure of the programme

The GSM programme comprises two semesters (60 ECTS in total), which you can complete as part of or in addition to your master’s degree.

You will spend the first GSM semester together with all GSM students in your cohort at an ENGAGE.EU partner university abroad to learn core skills, not just with academic seminars, but also with boot camps and team-building workshops that take place in parallel. Innovative learning methods (including immersive learning, simulations and project labs) enable an intensive and comprehensive learning experience.

You can spend the second GSM semester at any partner university from the ENGAGE.EU consortium. Due to the hybrid design of the Electives programme, you can choose courses from different universities, no matter where you spend your second GSM semester.

Who can join?

The GSM programme is open to Master students º£½ÇÉçÇø (official Master programmes).
